Musa Hashim is an Author, Philosopher, Health worker and Pedagogue. He is a citizen of Nigeria. Musa is a graduate of Biological Sciences and he is based in Kano. His writing genres are Mysteries and Thrillers. Musa was among the participants of the L. Ron Hubbard’s Writers of the Future Online Workshop 2020 mentored by Orson Scott Card, David Farland and Tim Powers. He was also shortlisted for the Yasmin EL Rufai Foundation (YELF) Writing Workshop 2019 mentored by Pwangulongii Daoud, and Kaduna Books and Arts Festival (KABAFEST) Writing Workshop 2019 mentored by Zukiswa Wanner. Musa was among the lucky participants of Cosmos (A Collection of Short Stories Partnership between Kahaniya and Ukiyoto Publishing House). He was also shortlisted for the Quramo Writer’s Prize (QWP) 2019. Musa’s latest book “Hamza’s Jury” was published in 2020 by Ukiyoto Publishing House. His short story on Afrofuturism “Dahomey” was published by SEBULENI AFRICA.
