[ndarason] Cameroon and Chad engage their young people for peace in the Logone Valley

The Lake Chad Basin area in general and the Logone Valley are plagued by violence linked to the scarcity of resources. The latest inter-community conflicts in the department of Logone and Chari constitute one of the disastrous situations experienced by these areas. In the quest for lasting solutions to these crises of another kind, the Minister of Youth and Civic Education of Cameroon, Mounouna Foutsou and his counterpart the Minister of Youth, Sports and the Promotion of Entrepreneurship from Chad Mahamat Ninga Christian, met in Kousseri last Thursday as part of the reflection on the intergenerational forum on the promotion of peace and living together in the Logone valley.
